There is always an individual solution that makes a significant difference to your project. Go the extra mile to find better processes as it saves you time and money in the long run.

A day in my life at Clinipace

My day is usually filled with receiving, reviewing and providing update reports (new regulations, technical developments, new business opportunities, projects & teams). The ever-changing environment at an innovating dCRO makes my day at Clinipace so vivid, dynamic and inspiring.

My “ah-ha!” moment

Changes sometimes take awhile in our industry (e. g. risk-based approach for monitoring clinical trials, centralized pharmacovigilance surveillance in the EU) but when it moves the changes are significant – so be prepared to embrace these changes.

The most important consideration a client should take when undertaking a clinical research project is

Invest enough time for the planning to avoid unnecessary project flaws

My #1 piece of advice when advising clients

Look at the project from the view of the patients (“would you let your mom/child participate in this program?”) and the regulators.
