Who is Eligible and When:

All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible on the first day of the month following date of hire.

Employer Pays:

Clinipace Worldwide pays 95% of the employee only coverage and 50% of dependent cost.

Employee Pays:

Your premium portion is made on a pretax basis through the Section 125 Plan. The following amounts will be deducted from your paycheck.

Dental

Who is Eligible and When:

All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible on the first day of the month following your date of hire.

Employer Pays:

Clinipace Worldwide pays 100% of the employee’s dental premium and 50% of the dependent cost.

Employee Pays:

Your premium portion is made on a pretax basis through the Section 125 Plan.

Voluntary Life/AD & D Insurance

Who is Eligible and When:

All full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible on the first day of the month following your date of hire.

When you enroll yourself and/or your dependents in this benefit, you pay the full cost in order to preserve the non-taxability of your claim payments. You can purchase coverage on yourself, your spouse, and dependent children.

Employee Assistance Program

Provides employees and their eligible dependents short-term confidential counseling which addresses personal concerns (family, marital, parenting, conflict resolution, drug and/or alcohol abuse, etc.).

Assists employees by providing research and referrals on daily life issues and important life events.
