We monitor our network and hardware on a 24/7 basis and update the system frequently with the latest technology enhancements. Our support team is available from 8 a.m. EST to 8 p.m. EST to answer questions and provide end-user support for sites, monitors and project managers. Expanded coverage is always available for studies as required.
